Hey guys

Some final notes for the LAN this weekend

1) Signups / Prepayments are going extremley well and we have under 20 seats left which is a first for FDLAN so to those that havnt paid as yet please make sure you get it in soon to avoid missing out, and once you prepay you can then choose your seat.
2) Mountain Dew have once again given us drinks :)
3) PB Tech will be giving us some prizes as usual
4) Please remember we have very limited internet at the event, its basically for web browsing and cant really handle games going over it, so things like Steam if you intend on playing TF2 or any other Steam game, be sure to put your steam client in offline mode and test the games before you leave your house.
5) This is a LAN, so there will be a few games organised by us which will be the tournament games but the rest of the time is up to everyone to organise games between themselves and would be good if you include as many people in a game as possible.
6) Seat choosing will be locked Thursday Night so if you are wanting to choose your seat make sure you have paid and chosen before then.
7) As always we will be putting on food on Sat night, this is a BBQ which we will supply sasuages, if you want anything else you can bring it along and cook it yourself, but we will be doing the sasuages
8) Each gamer will get a name tag, please make sure you are wearing it at all times while at the event, as anyone we dont know that doesnt have one will be asked to leave.

So if you have any other friends thinking about coming get them signed up asap and get ready to enjoy the weekend of gaming!

Just a quick email to let you all know signups are going amazingly well, so I have just opened rows E and F, so if anyone wants to be moved post on the forums as soon as possible, and for those that haven’t paid yet there are now a lot more seats to choose from, so get in quick before the good ones are gone!

Just a quick email to update you all on some things :)

We are doing very well with signups so I have opened the seat booking system, you must have prepaid to be able to choose your seat, but which ever seat you choose will be reserved for you at the event. Also Rows E and F will only be enabled if we get over 30 people signed up.

Sponsorship news:

Mountain Dew have confirmed they will once again be sponsoring us with drinks for the event

PB Tech have also confirmed they will be giving us some prizes, what they are exactly we are not sure of as yet

So get payments in, get friends signed up and this event should be one of our best and biggest yet!
